• MTS and Havaldar in CBN Age Limit : 25 Years

• Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable as per Government Rule (03 years for OBC, 05 Years for SC / ST, additional 10 years for PwD etc).

• Payment Mode : Online Through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards .

• The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board as on or before the cut-off date i.e. 17-February-2023

• The SSC MTS Salary 2023 falls under Pay band-1 (Rs.5200 – 20200) + Grade Pay Rs.1800. However, the take-home salary of MTS ranges between Rs.20,000 – 24,000 /month (Approx)

• The SSC has changed the SSC MTS Exam Pattern for the 2023 year.
• The exam will be conducted for 270 marks.
• A total number of 90 questions are asked.
• There will be no negative marking in Session-I. In Session-II,
  there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong
  answer.

• Male– 1600 meters walking in 15 minutes.
• Female– 1 Km walking in 20 minutes.

Steps for SSC MTS Registration Process

Before applying for the SSC Notification, all new applicants must first register with the SSC. To create an account on SSC, applicants should follow the steps outlined below.

• Step 1: Go to SSC.nic.in, the SSC’s official website.
• Step 2: Find and click on the New User? Register link on the SSC website’s homepage.
• Step 3: Next, complete the registration form by entering your full name, date of birth, category, 10th, and 12th-grade roll numbers, and other pertinent information. Your profile will be preserved with this information, so be careful when filling it out.
• Step 4: Do add your correct and valid postal and mobile phone number.
• Step 5: To complete the application process, you’ll need to enter an OTP code that you’ll get through text message.
