• The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 28,150 with a pay scale of Rs. 28150-1500(4)-34350-1750 (7)-46600-EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600(17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 70,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.

• There will be a Descriptive Test for 50 marks (Candidates will be required to answer by typing on a computer).
• 3. The question paper consists of 160 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• 4. The time duration of the exam is 2.5 hours (180 minutes).
• 5. The marking scheme has been discussed in the below table for each section.
• 6. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks

• Go to the “Careers” tab appearing on the homepage top and click on the current recruitments.
• Now Click on the “Application for Assistant Manager ‘Grade-A’ in General Stream” link.
• Click on the “Click here for New Registration” tab and Enter your Name, Contact details, and Email-id for successful registration.
• Capture the Registration Number and Password generated by the system shown on the screen.
• Go for login using the Registration Number and Password and fill out the application form carefully.
• Upload the required documents as Photograph (4.5 cm* 3.5 cm), signature (with black ink), left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), and a handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink).
• Pay the application fee online and submit the duly filled application form and take a printout of the Application Form for future reference.
