NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Selection Process :
- Stage-1 : OMR Sheet based written exam or Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Stage-2 : Interview
- Stage-3 : Document Verification

NPCIL Stipendiary Trainee Written Exam Pattern :
- The duration of examination will be of 1.5 Hrs.
- 02 (two) mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 0.5 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Examination will comprise 50 multiple choice questions (Choice of four answers) and for 100 marks in the following proportion
