Stage 1 (Preliminary Test):

• Exam Mode: CBT/OMR-Based
• Duration: 1 hour
• Total Questions: 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Maximum Marks: 150
• Question Types: MCQs with four answer choices
• Sections:
  1. General Knowledge & Current Affairs – 25 questions
  2. Computer Knowledge – 15 questions
  3. English – 10 questions
• Marking Scheme: +3 marks for each correct answer, -1 mark for each incorrect answer
• Medium: English

Stage 2 (Advanced Test):

• Exam Mode: CBT/OMR-Based
• Duration: 2 hours
• Total Questions: 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Maximum Marks: 150
• Question Types: MCQs with four answer choices
• Sections:
  1. Quantitative Aptitude – 25 questions
  2. Critical Reasoning – 25 questions
• Marking Scheme: +3 marks for each correct answer, -1 mark for each incorrect answer
• Medium: English

Stage 3 (Skill Tests):

• Typewriting Test on PC:
  • Duration: 10 minutes for typing, additional 5 minutes for formatting
  • Total Marks: 10 marks for formatting
  • Criteria: Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or Hindi
• Computer Proficiency Test:
  • Duration: 30 minutes
  • Total Marks: 100
  • Sections:
    1. Part I – MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) – 4 questions, 20 marks each
    2. Part II – Email Management and Internet Surfing – 2 questions, 10 marks each
• Marking Scheme: Candidates with 50% and above marks will be declared as qualified.

Step 1- Registration Process

• A new page will appear. New Users will have to register first.
• Click on New User Register.
• A new page will appear to enter your mobile no. and email to register yourself.
• An OTP will be sent to your mobile no. and email, fill and click on “Submit”.
• A Login Id and Password will be sent to your registered mobile no. and email id.

Step 2- Login

• Login using the Registration Number and Password. Select the post.
• Fill up other details such as educational qualifications etc. depending upon the educational qualification of the candidate.
• Pay the examination fee as applicable, online using a Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking
• Candidates are required to upload their scanned color photograph and Signature (in English or in Hindi) in JPEG format.
• Login with your Registration Number and Password in the link for “UPLOAD” and thereafter, upload the file/scanned filled
• Upload all the required certificates
• Submit the application. Print out the acknowledgment for records.
