- Candidates should submit their application form along with self-attested copies of necessary documents at the following address before or on the last date of application through (Ordinary post) Post. Application received after the last date (10 December 2023) or applications incomplete in any respect will not be considered.
- The envelope must be clearly super-scribed on the top as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ____ CATEGORY____”
- Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
- No cutting or over harvesting application form.
Documents Attached :
- Educational and Professional qualification certificates.
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Class 10th Certificate.
- Copy Aadhaar Card/ Other Identity Proof.
- Copy of Experience Certificate, if required.
- Caste Certificate, if candidate belong to reserved category.
- Character Certificate issued by the Sarpanch/ Gazetted Officer.
- Residential Certificate duly signed by the ADM/ DM or Tehsildar.
- No Objection Certificate in case of Govt servants.
- A Self-addressed registered envelope 12 x 24 cms duly affixed postage stamp of Rs 17/- on each envelope must be enclosed with the application. (Two for CSBO Grade-II)
- Attach other necessary documents with the application form.
